Refund policy
Most of our gifts are made to order. We do not accept returns on any made to order or monogrammed goods.
Any changes to your order must be submitted via email. Please ensure that we have confirmed the change.
All claims must be made within one week of receiving your item. Claims past this point cannot be honored.
If a mistake is made on the store's end, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible with no expense to the buyer. A photo of the mistake will be requested and confirmation will be communicated to the buyer. If the information was entered incorrectly due to the buyers mistake, the seller is not responsible.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment please let us know within 48 hours.
We do not cancel orders. Orders are promptly printed out and processed to keep up with a speedy turnaround. No cancellations can be made after the order has processed.
